FIFA exec member open to winter World Cup in 2022
A FIFA executive committee member from Qatar is now open to discussing changing the 2022 World Cup from summer to winter.Mohamed bin Hammam, also president of the Asian Football Confederation, has repeatedly said he wants the World Cup during summer.
