My drive home tonight
 

I was on my way back from my girlfriends house tonight, it's about 12 - 12:15. I live off this road called birmingman highway thats pretty open and has some nice high speed twisties on it. There are never cops out in my area at night because I live out in the middle of nowhere. =0

Anyways - Comming down this road I get stuck behind an SUV doing about 5 under, so I'm crawling along for a minute before I wake up and notice this set of headlights right on my ass. Close enough that the lights were under my trunk viewing from my mirror. I'm like .. wtf mate? ^^

So I'm still doing about 30 - 35 and he starts getting really impatient cause the SUV just made a turn and the road is open ahead of us, so he decides to test me and takes off around me on the 2 lane road. I see him brake to the left to pass so of course I floor it. I glance over and notice .. hey nice car. It's a silver Plymouth Prowler pulling on me. He's there at my side pulling ahead (im 184hp they're about 225hp) for about 5 seconds before we hit the first turn and he's forced back behind me cause he can't see whats comming ahead in his lane. I do this run alot comming home late so I'm flying 80 - 100 through the turns and he gets lost pretty fast. Then the same thing happens again, he rolls up behind me super close after I get stuck behind another car and then that car turns - we floor it again. This time he stays on my ass til we hit another turn. I noticed his headlights fading and assumed he was to afraid to keep up because he doesn't know the road. That or he made a turn, cause after I decided .. "shit. my house is 2 miles the other dirrection" and turned around, I didn't see him.

Chris called me while I was fucking around with him and tells me some sory that I'll ask him to follow up with. Anyways. I went home. And here I am.

I would easily lose a straight up drag but on the turns, either a) he was too nervous to keep up or b) the car was too nervous to keep up. I kept having the urge to slam on the breaks and get a new rear end. =0

yeah prowler i havent seen one of those driving around for like 4 years! anyways the whole brake check thing wo uld have probably just made you frustrated as you would have had to deal with all the insurance crap (even though i think you were joking..) anyways good story! i got pulled over one time cause someone was tailing me really hard so i dropped and took off... turns out it was a cop tailing me haha be careful!

im still on 5 months more of probation before the ticket goes away .. 76 in a 35, 41mph over.

ROFL! that was my friend shay in the prowler. the thought didn't occur to me until after i posted. hahahahahaha.

Haha, I'm suprised shay recognized you... or does he drive like that to everyone? lol

yeah im on probation longer than that.... as some of you might no i got "detained" by the police for racing some car down a road in burlington i was going 65-70 in a 25 hahaha he wasnt happy

my punishment was -

12 months probation (44 bucks a month!)
20 hours community service
2 nights of agressive driving school
about $350 fines .. 1000+ after the probation costs

no i didn't finish it, and i haven't seen the probation officer in like 2 months ..

i guess thats means if i get pulled over they can arrest me for evasion or something like that. =0

Ha. Umm... might wanna finish that up. I'll go with you this week if you wanna just knock it out. You only have one day left, right?
