The agent here had a blue M6 and the M5 on sale. donno who bought them. but the m6 just reeks of s-e-x. Fantastic interior (been in one but didn't have the balls to test drive it) didn't know waht the hell was an SMG trans. The m5 came in midnite black or really dark metallic blue/black. I could be wrong but i think it was about US$128k. It was the basic M6 model and not one of those 'M-package' types where bmw hooks you up by letting you choose your own interiors and colors.
All I can say is wooow!!!

same kind of deal happened to me a few weeks back. Was on my way to a job, and I see the outline of the beautiful new M5, I get closer and see it has a hammann style body. I give the driver the thumbs up, he moves into passing lane and just takes off. You have to love that v10 sound! I didn't even try keeping up.

Inspection Light
I am new to the forum! My '94 530i has been maintained by my mechanic who has repaired all my cars for many years. He isn't a BMW specialist, but owns an older model. When Indie had her last issue he suggested I take her to a BMW specialist who diagnosed and fixed her. She is back on the road. They mentioned my Inspection Light was coming on and that I should havea full inspection that will cost me around $850. Indie is regularly checked by my mechanic who changes the oil and checks other maintenance items. Is this inspection something I should have done on top of her regular trips to the mechanic? She is getting older and I want to keep her in top shape. Thanks for your advise.
