Owned someone in my rental car(must read)
So, i was in my Chevy Cavalier(sick 4spd auto).
i was driving with my friend in his jeep behind me, and we were just curising then this black honda civic(newer body style) comes and flies be a good 40mph faster then i was going(50mph), and i was like "oh snap vtec", the civic had a decent sounding exhaust and the usually body kit, but this one actually looked decent, but that was it, he had the thin spoked OZ style rims.
So i pulled up next to him at a light, revved the 4cyl of fury, then we took off, i beat him...lol...i actually beat him..
from 1st we were somewhat tied, then when i shifted, the front tires skid like no tomorrow, and then i started pulling on him.
I beat him to the next light, we only reached like 75.
Then he pulled up behind me and was like 1 foot from my rear bumper when it turned green, so i took off, went to get on the huge 270 degree onramp and took that(i could take it at like 55mph really pushing the maximum grip in the saab) and in the cav, i did like 45, not bad for shitty FWD rental.
the civic started falling behind on the turn(getting owned), then when i exited the turn, only floored it till like 70 then he pulled up next to me and we raced agian on the freeway, ibeat him all the way up to my 105mph governer..woo woo
hurray for rental car,boo for civic.

So... if I'm reading right a Cavalier is faster than my car as well. Oh well, at least I'd get it in the twisties; plus I beat it standing still.

That sucks for the guy in the civic. I raced a guy with an e46 325ic with what looked to be his girlfriend in the car and beat him.

Nice kill though. I bet the ricer owner said to his friend "damn, that cavalier is modded inside and out."
If only he knew it was a rental.....
