from the the second light it was a race.... THe first light was just me having to turn right, so I had to get in the right lane

Ummm whats wrong with an automatic? Autos make it really easy to preload the suspension at a stoplight. You're gone by the time their clutch is out.

All I'm saying is that when you drive cars with lots of power, an auto is going to launch harder. Two identical high power cars, identical with the exception of M6 and A4, racing like stoplight to stoplight or 1/4 mile even, the A4 will edge it out. Im not saying that a auto is more fun to drive, its just not a pile a crap like im seeing everyone say it is.


edit: And BTW I drive a 6spd as a daily driver
