if the car would have been lowered a foglight would have broke for sure.. but yeah it stopped right before anything could hit.. she gets the car back tomorrow... new fuel pump and shes ready to go

tell your gf not to let her tank get below a quarter of a tank. it is really hard on the e36 fuel pump and it eventually fails like hers did. happened to me as well with my 325.
