Was leaving school today to go to my dad's place. I turn right onto the highway and there is this BMW bike that turns left onto it at the same time, we are both on a roll doing about 30ish, I was a little behind him, and I of course catch up to him and once the nose of my car gets to like his rear tire he guns it, so do I, we don't budge at all, I was keeping up with him, up until like 75ish, then I pull ahead and start passing him, at around 90-95 am about 1-2 cars ahead.
Now we both had to slow down due to an upcoming read light, I pull to the right lane letting him come next to my window so we could chat, I roll my window down (I was curious as to what kind of bike I had just beat) but the guy just ignored me...
But yeah, I wanted to race him from a dead start, but am pretty sure the much higher toque his bike had would outkill me easy...
But hey, it was a good race for my first race vs a bmw bike, I still killed him

Are you sure he was racing and not just messing around? I was under the impression most BMW bikes were CRAZY fast and would make most cars look like they were sitting still.
well harry bikes have much greater acceleration from a stop, but since they dont have that much torque, once you get pretty high up there, cars can start to have an advantage, thats why like thos vipers and supras that beat the bikes, they never go from a stop, if they did, theyd be smoked.. on and that note, 75 seems kinda low, usually bikes start losing it at 100+, but i dunno

I don't know much on bike, but it was one of the newer ones, however it wasn't really loud, so my only guess is that it was one of the smaller engine ones
