My 97 Camry vs an e30 325e

So, I just got off work and was crusin' home.

I noticed an e30 zipping in and outta traffic. Hmmmmm. What's up with him? I was trapped behind 2 e34s (old 5ers). So when I get enough space to pass the slow people, I cut off a 99 Mustang to get even with the e30 at the red light.

He sees me and knows its on.

Right as it turns green, Sccccccchhhhhhhhhhhheeeeeeeeeaaaaaaccccccccchhhhhh hhh!

Really loud. And we're off. He pulls 1 cars length, and keeps it that the whole way.....

Once I hit 80 in a 40, I slowed down. He won, but only by 1 cars (e30) length. Pshhhh, my 97 Camry's interior is wayyyyyy better than his interior, but his engine is a little bit better than mine.

Oh well, it was fun while it lasted.

Hey man the e30 rocks, and I would take my e30 interior over most japenese interiors.

my friend has a 4 cylinder, His gets really bad gas mileage, like when you floor it, you can see teh gas gauge go down instantly, when he is doing it. My car doesn't do that.

Actually, I have a 15 gallon tank....and it takes me 2 weeks to fill up.

So, I don't think I have a bad gas milage problem.

my dad has an 03 camery 4 cylinder, he gets good gas milage, esp since he drives like 100 miles total each day (to and from work).

I love how you claim that Camry's interior is better than that of a e30 ...

You make me laugh Torque.

IMO, I'd rather not drive e30s. They're just soooo....ewwwwww.
Interior and all. BUT, I'm FORCED to drive the bimmers. If I don't move the bimmers on the drive, my manager gets pissed. "Move those cars, I don't care where they go....just get them off the drive!"

Such a shame. But let me tell you, I'm in and outta those e30s like a hot knife through butter.

Remember, just MY OPINION. So don't try and convice me otherwise or give me crap.

The recent/newer bimmers got me convinced....hook, line and sinker.

Well...DUH! I'm going to get smoked by an e36 (318i-maybe I'll have a chance), e46, and e90.

But I really thought I could take an e30 since I've driven everthing. Buuuuuut. To my dismay...and laughter resulted...I lost.

And, yes, I'd rather have the "Jap-crap" over ANY e30s interior...thank you very much.

IMO, the e36s interior/bodystyle are improving. And the bimmers only get better as bodystlye progresses.
