if u hav the money to acquire a e60 M5 before they are for sale....im sure u could get one that is not electronically limited to 155.
The M6 is currently available in Germany and i was talking to a dealer about possibilities for importing. He said that you would have to have all the emmisons reguirments done but other than that its a Euro spec M6 which most likely wouldnt have the limiter, unless they made u when its imported

Ah that makes sense, if someone imported one you could do it. Any you make a good point on the thought of if you have enough money to get one you can probably find a way to go around the limiter.
