Killed myself a 97 328i
So I was driving home and this modded 328 appears next to me, oddly he was heading to my house (it was komodo). Anyway so he gets infront of me. We come up to a turn onto a road that goes from 2 lanes two one, becuase one is a turn only. We take the turn and he gets in the left lane, and i get behind him, we both hit it (im not sure exactly when he did but it was very close to when i did) and I cut over into the lane next to me and push it, i easily start pulling him and and get past him (mind you i was about a car and a half back when i started, and i cut in front of him just before the turn, which was kind of scary. How much do you think wind affects your car if your windows are down lol. Anyway, he also had 2 people in his car (very light girls), i was alone in my car though. I didnt look at my speedo for how fast we got up to.
I have yet to take him from a dig, where i know the results would be even more like owned, becuase my car is geared low (4.10 gears). Which is why i dont do so hot from a roll.
Oh well thats my story.

Ha, cute. You're car is much faster though, it's made for it.
I bet my zip-zoom was quieter and smoother than yours. haha
But on a serious note, I was at the very end of my powerband when you passed me, so I couldn't exactly downshift and catch up. You caught me at a bad time.
But yeah, I have a very high respect for your car's speed. lol

Yeah, specially with that gear ratio I would assume he has very strong torque

well... I cant quite say that either was completely owned in style either, because my top fav. cars are bimmers and mustangs! But I definately do like the bimmer more. Props to chris for knowing how to drive your car and props to harry for having a bimmer and putting in your best effort!

It's not as much "putting forth effort". His car is made for brute speed. Mine is made for a balance of everything else, with a bit of speed. haha
