i do it all the time i get so mad on the road, so many times it has happend in the "snow" people are driving so slowly, and when the road opens up to 2 lanes they want to be "safe" so they drivein the middle of the two lanes, i lay my hand on the horn till they move into either lane and pass em with another WTF honk... haha

over here in brunei, using your horn is like saying a big "F-U" to the other driver. so as the culture dictates we just suffer in silence. don't remember the last time i used the horn cept to tell the cat to move out of the garage
