New to the forum and bmw's

Hi folks
Just wanted to say hello. Just bought my first BMW 2004 745i Toledo blue, after years of head swiveling and drooling.
Great car so far. I am devouring several forums in order to get up to speed with the Maint and wrenching on German cars. Most of my experience is with American and japanese vehicles.
I am sure I will have some questions that search will not answer, but will try to keep them to a minimum. So far this looks like a great resource.
Best regards
Jbrown57

Welcome to United Bimmer!

I quite like the 7 Series as they are very nice cars. Contrary to popular belief they are not that much harder to work on then other cars. Your car may have more computer processing power then the original Space Shuttle, but they are still decent to fix. Just gotta shop around for parts and you can get great deals.

Feel free to ask any questions you may have.
