Electrical problem please help
 

Hi I drive a 98 318ti I was replacing a bulb behind the heater controls, I think two of the wires touched possibly blew a fuse. Now none of the lights work on the dash, clocks, cigarette lighter light etc. I have checked all the fuses under the bonnet and all appear to be fine. Please help if you have any ideas. Thanks

I have a question, do you heve some leds in the ligtnig circuit??
have you checked the dimmer?
