*ahem* It's BimmerWerkZ, hehe.

BMW-Forums/Bimmerwerkz is a great community, but they have a lot of flaws. They don't listen to the members on issues like the name change (kinda serious since it's the face of the website), and they don't know how to run it. lol. It's been around for a LONG time and they could be WAY bigger and more successful if they wanted. They don't advertise or try to get the name out there any more than the occasional referral (which will lessen I'm sure because of the new name) and the occasional search engine hit... but we've optimized our SEO very far so hopefully in time it won't be very difficult to bypass them on the engines.

My goal is to build the biggest bmw enthusiasts community on the internet, while still maintaining the civility of a small forum where everyone feels like they have a voice in what happens... not just another lost post among the masses. Big isn't always bad if it's managed correctly, it can be very positive.

And Bimmerwerrkzzzz is somewhere inbetween.

Oh, and it's not 34 posts... in two days there's been 42 threads and 181 posts. hehe, we need to get the word out there about this forum though, we're brand new and already have some great core people who decided to join up.
