Window Motors on Both sides do not work
 

[FONT="Arial Black"][/FONT I have a 95 BMW 318 is on which the windows are stuck in the down position. When I push the button all I hear is the motor clicking and moving about a quarter inch. Is there some way to jump the motor to get it up. A wiring diagram of the motor connections would help. The main wires are blue and yellow around 12 to 14 gage, the bottom plug has 4 wires around 20 gage. Are the two thick ones the main supply and if so, can I hook a twelve volt hot wire on it to make it move.
