hi new to this forum
need help with my m5

got an e60 m5
The car had minor panel damage to the doors
The car sat in the garege for over a month
upon starting the car after the month it had a knocking sound around the drivers side of the engine (lower part)
it has been started to move around several times in the last month in the garege
last week the guy in the garage desided to put some oil (1.5 L ) in the car as he thought it was low
i started the car and the knocking has got so loud is seems to be comeing from all over the engine (had to switch of as it got louder and it sounds like it was going to blow)
switched it off and tried to start again and it seems to be stuck
waited an hour and did start but could not keep it running due to the noise
car has only done 12,000 miles
was only serviced 1,000 miles ago
dont no if any one can help
any advice
