New and need help

Hi, my name is Jim and I just joined. My 2002 Dinan tuned 330Ci is a real dream. BUT, the drivers side (3 position) window switch broke. I have the replacement part but cannot figure out how to get the old switch out and install the new one. Can anyone help??
