I own a 1998 750il. Great car but seems to cost about $6K a year to keep on the road.

If you ever want to know what work I had done and how much it cost me you are welcome to ask.

I have a few questions that I am hoping this community can answer:

Where is the fuse box? (wipers don't work)
Motor in the rear head rest max's out every time I start the car. Why?
The engine will not start sometimes, they say it is the starter. Nightmare I assume???
