BUT I don't see a reason to protect them either. If admin/forum owner(s) are concerned about a lawsuit, I say this: Any and every member who was screwed by these parasites should write up a brief one page statement about it, save it, and if the time comes print and sign it as a affidavit of 'just the facts.'

fellows, he was suspended for language, it has nothing to do with his venting against a vendor, we are not affraid of a lawsuit and are not affiliated with any vendors, all i asked is that guys keep it as clean as possible and thats it.
now that said i understand the anger and frustration involved with these situations so i let some of it slide but there's a limit. you are free to say what you want here and we do have a rant forum for instances where curse and profanties are the only thing that will do.
we are not trying to protect the vendor, its not in our interest as a community.
