1995 325i Sedan Just Bought - United Bimmer Community

Hey all, I'm Chaseman, new here and too BMW. We just bought our first one a 1995 325i. Wife and I Just love it. The car is a two owner car we are the third owners. She has 145,365 miles on her and she is perfect. The car came out of Florida. Super Clean. We live in Michigan. What I am so impressed by is how solid the car is with the miles she has on her. I really don't plan on changing anything, MUCH lol. I am having the rear bumper repainted. It has some sun fading. The only other thing is the arm rest, I want to have re-done also and the headlight covers are a little hazy. I will try and polish them out or replace then eventually. Before we bought the car we took it in for an inspection and I was so happy to hear. Wow that's nice! Boy that's in really good shape! The only thing they found was a lite valve cover gasket leak. Having it replaced next week very slight though. $120.00 installed and I'll be all set.

There are Diy's on the internet for the hazy headlight covers. Hope the car treats you well, and hope to see you around.

Just keep her as clean as possible. I am gonna have the bumper painted too, it has some sun fading on the top of the rear bumper. Where the clear coat looks rough. What other things might you say,I can add to her?

wheels; lowering springs; angel eyes; corners; tint windows; the list can go on and on and on...its all up to you and your taste as to what you want to do to your car. Look at the E36 pictures on here and different sites to help you decide the route you want to go with your car. Good Luck

I second the motion for 17" wheels, lowering springs, and sport shocks, it will drastically improve handling, and it will look GOOD.

I live near the Fenton/Linden area. I am about 1 hour northwest of Detroit. I was down at Greektown the other day Lol. Free lunch and $50 bucks, not a great day, but better than a stick in the eye.
