is it rusted, do you have holes in your floorboards? how is water coming in.. maybe through the trunk seals/weatherstripping?

It is probably your weather striping back there, and your drains are probably clogged causing it to flood. Numark318i has a better idea where the drains are then I do, since I believe he had the same problem. |

my Touring has the very same problem, as I noticed today...th water drains on the passenger side are clogged. There's water coming in and wetting the right rear seat from below... 
I also have a problem with the trunk/tailgate gasket... after a car wash there'll be water coming in, but it only happens at car washes, rarely when it's raining

Check your brake light lens gaskets , had some water get in from there. |
