Hello to all you Bimmer-heads,
I'm Randall and I have just logged in for the first time. I'm looking forward to sharing information with you all and learning something.
I am a member of other forums and they really help when problems arise.
I have a 1999 M3 coupe, Dakar/Black. I have a few mods: X-brace, UUC front strut brace, Depo's, AA exhaust/ECU and CAI, and some suspension upgrades that I did last winter (Bilstein Sports, H&R Sports, TMS sways and upgraded RSM's). I got the car new and have kept it mostly stock with no track time (just "spirited driving" on the street) and never in the rain. I also flushed and changed gear fluids to Red Line and wow, what a difference in the transmission.
This years mission is to do the Inspection II myself by flushing the radiator, changing to an aluminum thermostat cover and new thermo, short-shift kit and new wheels/tires (probably the ZCP) and new steering pump hoses.
If I can help anyone along these lines let me know.
