Hi from Ireland

Hi there,
Found the forum on www.e36coupe.com (fantastic site) and interested to see different approaches and attitudes to all things BMW.

Have had a few Bimmers now, my current one being a 1999 318is Coupe with a few subtle little mods.

Hope there's not too many pics, thanks for looking.

Quite hot. Love the color, Alpina wheels, Angels...but most of all the elephant ear side mirrors. It may just be me, but their square appearance makes the M3 bumper look all that much better

Yeah, the mirrors have a certain charm I s'pose..replacing them next week with M3 ones, waiting on them to be sprayed atm.

Other than that, I'll be possibly adding a Gruppe M replica, some corner splitters and possibly lowering it.

Maybe an E46 M3 after that, who knows.

Thanks all, the colour is more common on early E46s..the build date on mine is February 1999, and E46 Saloons were being made since 1998 so there was a bit of overlap.

The wheels just happened to be on sale at the right time for the right money..was actually looking for a set of 17" M3 wheels, but I reckon these are a good alternative.

I agree with Elsabor, it's had just enough done to keep it BMW and classy, yet still interesting. A very nice E36!

Hey there, thanks for the warm welcome again...haven't been so active recently, have been mad busy with school etc etc.

Put on some M3 mirrors recently and got some black grills from ebay for cheap and put those on too. The pics actually don't do the changes justice, because it really looks better than before. I just need a sunny day here to take some good shots (not on my drive way)

..and then, with black grills..honest, they do look better.

Cheers guys!!!!

Are those the real Alpina wheels or are they replica's?
