Hello

Hi all, thought I would join a forum of some description to hopefully gather some intel on maintenance for my new car...

Purchased a couple of weeks ago now for £200.00, a superb clean BMW E36 316i auto. I know it isn't the powerful 6 cyl, but i have to say for a 'debt free' car, i am very chuffed. 100k miles, always garaged (UK climate, a garage is a bonus!), FBMWsh with receipts from independants too, lady owner last 9 years who was fastidious with servicing.

I have some plans for her, mainly tidying and servicing, within the next few weeks. I hope to garner some information, and hopefully help others too. I am a miata/mx5 freak, so if you need any information..

I also have a few queries, I will post these in the appropriate forum.

Regards.
Tom

Thanks! Forgot this is a mainly American forum, regardless I guess the car is the car, no matter what part of the world it is in.
