sounds decent to me. i thought they were over 2k. plus it has less than 70k miles on it.

i emailed tunerworks if they had any motors in stock but they said no, i then asked if they knew anyone with a motor they said to contact dave at affordable? what is affordable, its in calgary also any one tell me? |

You are welcome. I am not sure of their pricing, but there is also another place in Duncan BC that has a large selection of BMW parts. http://www.bimmerparts.ca/main.htm Also, there is a guy north of St. Albert that has a lot of wrecked BMWs. It is sometime hard to get prices and info from him over the phone though, and I think you would have to pull the motor yourself, if he has any, but you could give him a call and see what he says. yeah i heard about that guy, but i hear he doesnt sell parts at all, he just has a big farm full of bmws and parts. i emailed affordable, we will see what they have and how good their prices are |

i got a reply from bimmerparts.ca they say that they have a 91 525i motor but they didnt say how much so i asked em, we will see what the damage it lol gonna have to call affordable tomorrow
