Hmmmm...
It's been over a year since someone bumped this thread. Just signed up on UB - another Edmonton guy.
I'm driving an 06 330 xi I brought up from the States. It's still on warranty, so it got a visit to the local dealership. They told me their customer satisfaction ratings are not afffected by service they perform on US cars and they therefore make them a last priority. Still do good work, but don't care about turnaround.
I'm thinking to myself, MY satisfaction is going to be affected...
Anyhow, I'm looking for a good independent BMW shop in Edmonton. Autoworks showed up on UB via Google. Cheers to that!
