Airplane Fire
 

Some plane crashed at Toronto internaional Airport shortly after landing. The plane apperantley skidded off the runway. The co-piolot was found nearby on the 401 free way.

I heard about that. It's all over the news here. I'm just glad there were no fatalities.

I was just watching a programme called "Air crash investigation" at National Geograpic yesterday, about a flight of Air transet from Toronto to Lisbson.They ran out of fuel in the middle of the atlantic.*Scary*!!

hey man, shit hapens. Larry king was talking to one of the survivors shortly after the accident, and he asked the man wether or not he would fly again, the masn response was "of course". Its good that he can survive something like that and still wanna jump on a plane again.

Did they ever determine what caused the accident?

i don't think so....i'd really like to know...but the way the whole airline industry works, it'll take months

Is that the one that lost all power? And ended up landing on a military strip in the atlantic ocean?


I believe they blamed it on lightning, heavy hail, and just shit weather in general. I wonder what the weather ratign was at the time of landing. Probably an A.

Yes, they landed at the military Base on an island!!The A330 has a fuel line leak that causes the plane to lose fuel so much until it ran empty.So they glide all the way to the island!!

They need to do some more work on planes. I wished they fixed concorde and brought it back, always wanted to fly in one.

Their blaming it on weather, the plane had just touched down after a thunderstorm and the runway was soaked with rain.
