You have three choices, stand behind our troops, grab a gun and toe the line with our troops, or stand in front of them, they can use the extra armor.

yeah. i finally put them on an external hard drive and moved them to a windows pc and found a simple converter to convert them. if only i could get thet java runtime environment up and running along with a few other minor things that are bugging me. I think i'm going to get a new distro tommorow. i'm hitting tons of snags with this one that i shouldn't.

i am waiting for my cds to come in the mail
you can't convert mp4 itunes-type formatted music.... not until someone finds out how to.... if you havn't updated your itunes software in a looooong time... there is a program... but until then, don't update your itunes.
one thing you can do though is burn them onto a music cd, then rip them in a different format... a lot of work, i know....
you can use WINE, an app that lets you run windows programs on linux... maybe that will help?

Mac support and Linux currently do not exist. You will have issues with most of the drivers, since Apple believes in closed source BSD. There are drivers out there for the Airports, but lets just say Harry and I couldn't even get them to work. It's almost like a 50/50 chance of getting it to work at all. Good luck.

^^^ yeah. 10.4.1, not even one of the latest releases. i made the install dvd in january; just now got around to trying it. i probably shoulda made a new one.
in anycase, it is pretty buggy, i cant get a lot of things to run correctly, not even under rosetta. but o well, it was a shot in the dark. i am going to be installing vista beta pretty soon and trying that out.
