Best LCD < 200 ????
What is the best LCD monitor that I can get for less than 200 bucks?
I really prefer at least a 17 inch screen.

No such thing. I used to run dual 17" LCDs until one died, so I'm on a single again. I miss that setup.

I never liked dual setups, I kept getting messed up between screens. I like my 19 but it is just so big that I don't feel like i'm using it enough.
