Home Computer Issues
I am ready for a new home computer.
I am asking for help with resources. I would like to build one, but don't know much about the different processors, graphic cards, audio, etc. Any help would be appreciated.
Umnitza now provides a mechanic to install all parts ordered right in the box! It's their new "Total customer service program" that will eliminate all the haters and keep incompetents from breaking **** and blaming the vendor! When you are all set simply call INS and they will pick him up free of charge.

Rooz,
Now, translate that into english . I want to learn about the different components that make up the computer and then proceed to research and buy the parts. Do you have any good sources for me to read. For example, what is the difference between the intel pentium 4 or intel pentium d? Why would I want one over the other.

what kind of computer are you trying to build? office? gaming? general? cause there is no use building a computer like rooz's if you don't game...it would be overkill. BTW nice setup ROOZ
edit:once you do find parts, newegg.com usually has some good deals.

Ok, humm, this is gonna be tuff since I don't know much at all about computers...
I just know that when I was bulding mine I looked online (plus my cousin has some magazines and stuss on this gear) and the AMD Athlon 4000+ was the best bang for the buck for me (an ultimate PC)
Humm, if u gonna spend money on anything processor and Mother board are the main key....
I just bought the best Mother board I could at the time...
The rest is up to you and what you want out to spend money on...
Humm, one thing I do regrette, is my hard drive, it's too big for what I need
But yeah, having a good Mobo will allow you to expand as much as you want...
Then graphic card depends on the games you'll play, I bought a fairly nice one since my motherboard is an SLI motherboard, later one I can buy an other card just like the one I have and pretty much add them togethere....

if anyone needs help just im me. i can build prettyy much guide you on the ups and downs and answer pretty much any computer elated question you may have.
Just buy an already built fast computer....less hassle, cheap (depending how tricked out you want it to be), and maintainence.
Unless you REALLY feel the need/desire to DIY.
And, just my personal opinion....Pentium is better than AMD, and ATI is better than Ge Force.
Keep us updated.
At this point, clearly, already built means get an Apple, if spyware and security on internet are the main issues. Changing manufacturer fails to help if a switch is to another windows OS PC. This is true since the problem issue is operating system rooted

apple sucks... hahah. I'm just saying that because our company sells PCs, and we find that apples are hard to work on. But we mostly do business stuff and not personal computers. Apples are actually really nice machines

The pentium D just means that there are two processors inside the chip. A very useful website to check out is http://www.tomshardware.com/. It answers a lot of computer questions.
