SO how do you use a camcorder as a...
web cam. I got firewire and what not. SO what program should i dl to get this to work?

on my computer, iChat (apple aol messenger) detects it automatically and it works great like that.. Havent tried it on a PC, but I dont think it would be too hard.

im not sure if u can.probably depends on the manufacturer and how the camera is set up

You can't do it with all cameras, only ones that are made to. Are you on windows or mac?
