Ar$e was twitching!

Ordered my BM in October 320d SE....

Asked for the new one with the efficient dynamics. Wasn't sure if I would get that or the older model, without.

Got confirmation that it is the new model the N47 engine!

Sigh of relief!

Has any one got one yet?

Any opinions on the new model?

I will post a review on delivery on the 27th Nov. Cant wait.....

Diesels are not offered here in the US yet. From what I have read, they're simply awesome! Please keep us posted! :type

This is my first diesel. 60mpg and 7.8 0-60 is not to be sniffed at!

I cant believe that diesel isnt offered over your way yet.

I suppose it is because your fuel is so cheap!

Our fuel is about $2 a litre over here. Any saving is a bonus!

I bet we pay in £ what you pay in $ for the car also!

I believe BMW is planning to possibly roll out some of their deisels in the US in the coming year or two. Sounds like a nice ride let us know how you like it and Welcome.

the 320d is an awesome car, my dad had several ones as a rental car...
the engine is a lot better than the weak 2.0i one, and it's got quite some thrust for a four-banger...
the 330d is even more awesome, tho, but a 2.0 makes a lot more sense in a 3-series...
enjoy the car!
