tune up, turn signal

I recently bought a 2007 328i sedan.. really recently, like 2 weeks ago. A day or two after I got it though, I went and backed up on our garage door.. bashing the turn signal lens pretty badly.. now it stays on all the time. I probably need to replace it, but can I do some DIY with a BMW turn signal? And what does a BMW tune up cost? thanks! edit note: anti spam link adjustment
