Help Please-E46 '94 325i

Guys I am about to close the deal on an '04 325i, it has around 20k miles on it and is in great condition - still has a year of factory warranty left on it. I went and checked it out today, its in pretty good shape.
It doesnt have the sports package though, it is a 5spd manual. I bargained to bring it down to $21,185. Can someone please tell me if this is a good deal? I have posted some pics as well. TIA!!
P.S Title says '94...my bad, its an '04

how much better is a car with a sports package on it than one without? I just noticed that this doesnt come with a sunroof and such. Will I notice a huge difference because of the non-sports package option? Just curious...

you got a friggen steal, 20K is nothing

sport package means lowered, i think different wheels, and a few other things, it all depends on what kinda person you are, no it wont make that big of a difference i dont think

Do you guys suggest that I take the car over to the BMW dealer for an inspection as soon as i get the car? - its on factory warranty anyways so i shouldnt be charged. For future reference - What oil should I use? And what octane fuel is recommended? Any other tips? THANKS!
