More toys coming SOON
I was looking at getting several things from www.Bimmian.com a company that I dealt with before in the past for odd stuff (I bought my old BMW colored roundels from them before).
But last night I sent them a request through their automated service, thinking I'd get a response on Monday.
Well to my surprise...
I got home tonight and saw a response at 7:07pm
I responded to it at 8:24 pm and left the house
When I got back at 11:50pm, I saw I had an e-mail from Chris at Bimmian.com asking me to call him to get my order going so that the stuff could ship on Monday morning.
I sent him an e-mail asking him if it was too late to call and sure enough it WASN'! My order got processed and I had a confirmation e-mail in my inbox by 11:58pm!
Wanted to say Kudos to Chris and the team at www.bimmian.com for taking such extensive care of their customers!
But here's what I got
1) Aluminum Shift Knob For Manual - Brushed Silver Finish - Black 5-Speed
Gate Pattern
2) Aluminum Oil Cap - Brushed Aluminum
3) Aluminum E-Brake Handle - Brushed Silver Finish
4) Aluminum Pedal Set - Manual Transmission
5) Aluminum Pedal Set - Footrest Only For Left Hand Drive E46 or E90

The two main reasons behind the Brushed allu is because I needed a new shifter, mine was all cracked.
And my new head unit is Pioneer's best premier for this year, and it only comes in brushed allu.
So I figured all that combo of Brushed allu would look good in the car

thats kick ass service compared to the service i got from bmp.
this may be OT, sorry. i ordered front struts from bavauto, and rears from bmp coz bav didnt have the rears. ordered on tuesday morning, bavauto had theirs in baltimore by wed night. by that time, i still had not heard from bmp. later on, i got a email from them saying that they were on back order.
so while it takes a day for bavauto to get the parts out to ya, it takes bmp the same time to let you know what happening with the order.

Sweet Rooz. I have all of the ACS alum trim, e brake and pedal set. I still have the wooden shift knob, I like it because it is nostalgic. Your ride is coming along.
