What you pay individually...?
I normally go to Autoparts.com for most of the small stuff. Tirerack has cheap prices too sometimes. Umm, there's also circleBMW. They have the more harder to get parts sometimes. Usually cheaper than online. Can call them up and they ship it out to you. I haven't purchased from them in over a year, but it's just another option.
Unless i'm not reading your post accuratly...meaning, that you've already purchased all your parts already?

Let's see i called the nearest dealership in my area and they wanted $1300 to install...YEAH RIGHT!
This one shop i called said that, since i already have the parts that the hourly rate will go from $60 to $90...
I called an independent shop and he said he will charge me $325 for labor.
Can't beat that with a bat.

You can get better brake pads for the same price or cheaper from www.turnermotorsport.com
Axxis metal masters are cheaper. Axxis ultimates are about the same price. Also your local autozone and such might have the hoses you need.

If you got a bentley manual... it may help you do the rest. They run in the ~$80+ range.
