Imagine my horror and discontent!!!

Had my Inspection II done today on my 330ci.......
I pull into the gas station next door to the dealership and guess what consolation prize i get for 1. not loking my car over, 2. Picking it up at the close of business on a Friday night, and 3. $784.39 later?????

Missing both kidney grilles

Could the dealership have taken them off and forgot to reinstall them?

I was kind of thinking that too. Thinking it might have been one of their inventory cars & using kidneys on another in house ride -bodyshop, etc.. That's bizarre.

They put new kidney grilles in this morning, came to my house and picked the car up and detailed it at my Place of choice for free.......

On the other side of the coin . . .

I knew a guy who was a tech at a Lexus dealership. Back then, they had to try and accomodate you whenever you came in, regardless of whether you were an asshole and missed your appointment. He would tell me about filthy rich inconsiderate people who would abuse their policy. Like this one bitch who came in at 5pm on a Friday night for an inspection on an LS400, and she said she needed them to deliver the car back to her house by 7pm the same night

My boys in Florida would've laughed at that lady and left a "laughing message" on the customer service line - when she called looking for it. Either that or they'ld washed the car, stamped her manual, charged her $700 and gone drinking compliments of her STUPIDITY.

"STUPIDITY DOES NOT QUALIFY AS A HANDICAP"
