Comparison 2001330ci Vs. 1991 318i
holy shit. I drove the 318 today for the first time since we bought the 330...speed difference is insane. Handling is amazing in the 330 compared to the 318. But the steptronic onthe 330 still isnt as fun as the manual tranny on the 318. Yea..just wanted to share.

lol! Manual tranny is fun! I would expect the 330 to be a lot faster tho.

A manual can make a 4 banger feel like a large six. Vice versa, an automatic can make a six feel like a lousy four banger. I know, sometimes my straight six feels like it's missing something.... like a clutch. Dough
