Trunk Door unlock button not working
Hello guys, I have a 1999 323i and I don't know why I don't have a internal switch to open the trunk, there is a button under the trunk door handle that you press and it opens the trunk and it is not working. I already tried to fix it but I opened everything but nothing looks wrong. The control key is the only way i can open it but now I lost it. Does anybody knows how to fix the button in the trunk? any clue? thankx |

If the glove box is locked, it will not work. This is a safety that was added for Valet service to prevent them from plundering through your stuff. |

I never lock the glove department, any other clue? |

maybe your button is broken....once you get it open rip things apart so you can look at the hookups. |

Trunk door unlock button not working
I have a 2003 325i with the same problem will let you know solution after i fix it There could be a bad ground where the license plate lights are on the trunk Last edited by errol325i; 09-16-2010 at 07:44 AM.. |
