ZHP Purchase ?'s
 

So after opting for a ZHP over an E36 M3, I set one of my good friends (who owns a private dealership/repair shop) to the task of finding a ZHP at an auction.

I get a call this morning saying he's found a 6 spd 2004 330i ZHP in Dark Grey/Grey for 12.5k Downside? 106,000 miles.

I'm torn to take this deal - like I said he's a good buddy of mine so there's nothing terribly wrong with it (that I can tell). But nonetheless the high mileage makes me a bit anxious.

Your thoughts?

I just bought an 03 ZHP 330i with 78k on it for $11,700. Mechanically seems perfect, just needs a few cosmetic things done. I would try to find out the BMW service history on it if possible and a carfax. They are highly sought after models and I already love mine. Got an 05 Mini S to sell now and I hate to do it but can't keep both.
