318i se tourer washer problem

Hi everyone
This is my first post so Im not sure if it is in the correct place, but here goes.

I have a 318i se tourer on a 2002 plate, had it for a year now, recently the front washers stopped working. I had a quick look today this is what i found.

1) the motor seems to still be pumping as you can here it.
2) when i disconnect the water pipe from the bonnet, water comes out when washer activated but only as a dribble.
3) there are electrical connections at the squirter locations on the bonnet, these have a permenant 12v supply across them.
4) The rear washer doesnt work at all i dont know if it ever has.
5)sounds silly but "where is the fuse box?"

If anyone can help it would be great. Many thanks.
