New Owner and New Threader.

Hello and first of all allow me to thank you for allowing me to join your community. I've read a few of the threads here and think that it's a great site with a lot of knowledgeable people willing to help.
About me and my car: I just recently purchased about a year ago a 1999 323i. I pretty much saved it from a small dealer ship and the previous owner didn't take to good of care of it. But I got it for a good price. Since then I have been working to get it back into shape. The interior is really clean and the exterior has some very minor damage. But hey it's a 99. I'm also in Iraq right now so I'm kind of missing being able to drive it. I've always loved BMWs and always wished I'd get one. Then I did and now I'm here.

Anyway, I have a lot of projects lined up for the future with the car and hope you guys/gals can help me along the way. I do most to all the work on my car myself. I have no formal training just learn as I go.

Sorry that it's such a long thread I’ll try to keep them shorter in the Future.

Steve.
