i bought a set of headlights from this chumps and on top of waiting 3 weeks to get these things they came in all off alignment with 2 led angel eyes not even working and the other 2 had 4 leds DOA, the hid dont even light up properly and flicker all the time.
i called and spoke to some tool there (marcus..?) and the shipping manager by the name of casey, i can say with confidence why these lights are pure shit after talking to these 2 losers, then i spoke to jim the owner and this guy is so full of shit its not funny, he must of had his tranning on wall street because the guy comes across as lowlife...
needlesss to say i'll be sending them back and would suggest avoiding these chumps at all costs, cheapass garbage thats meant for a civic not a bimmer, i bought better on ebay.

been saying this for months now they are full of doodoo, stupid people make stupid companies, garbage products and service they advertised a $99 bumper and were charging $135 in shipping and i had to wair 7 weeks to get the damn thing when i complained they acted as if they did me a favor...asswipes.
buy elsewher you will be much happier.

i had a problem with these morons too, i posted on bimmerforums and nnot 2 minutes later i was jumped by their clan of monkeys, these assholes pay some members on the forums to redicule and flame anyone who dares to bad mouth them, its a scumbag operation and the owner is a POS, stay away from these scammers.

wait for the huge public apology while nothing whatsoever will get done.
Let me explain how it will be:

1) blame the shipping guy
2) blame the shipper (UPS probably)
3) blame the assembler
4) Claim you screwed up having these people as your workers
5) claim you fired all of them, except the head screw up is still there and so are others.
6) claim that you'll fix everything for free
7) screw up the fix
8) Make the customer wait for the screwed up fix.
9) Apologize again, claim heads will roll
10) give you the product free, refund your money, and hope you are very nice to them publicly...because after all, who needs to stay in business.

The web site is 404. BUT, watchful eyes and those a little tech savvy who can find and publish DDM's ICP (or whatever it is you call it) so that when/if they pop up again, the alert can go out.
