2 bent wheels --- need a replacement --- please help
I just bent a wheel after getting a flat in my '02 330i with staggered M3 wheels, only to find out that the previous owner left me with a bent wheel as a spare. I am now getting an annoying vibration from my front right tire, not enough to affect the steering, but just enough to give me a steering wheel shimmy. Anyone in the Northern Virginia area trying to get rid of 1-3 M3 wheels sized 225/45-17? I have all new tires on the car or else I would just upgrade all around, but with $700 just invested in tires I'd like to find just the front wheel I need.
Thanks for the help. |
I have a set with great tires Im looking to off but Im in NJ. The rims have some curb rash and soem minor bends but not to severe. I dont want to break up the set, and I really dont want ot deal with shipping them. Soooo If you want to take a ride you can come get them.

You ought to look online for a good wheel straightener, there used to be a guy back in the 80's and 90's named wally erikson, may be with a "c"?. Precision Wheel somewhere in either stamford or wallingford Connecticut, he was the best in the business then, he may be around still, may have moved, some say minnesota, but if you just need one wheel done this is the way to go...it comes back brand new, and it is the one you sent them!...so look for a good wheel straightener.
