Lambda sensors

I have changed my lambda sensors to cure rough runnig fault.
The sensors seemed to cure the fault but now the engine hunts slightly.
can anyone tell me if the sensors are ZIRCONIA type or TITANIA because the ones i fitted are Zirconia type and someone said you might have put the wrong type in.
Anyone help with this please.
The car is a 1999 318ise 1.9 8valve
