More advice for that 328ci

I realized that the engine mount bracket on the passenger side is craked. not all the way through but cracked. I ordered a new engine mount and bracket. Tips on installation? I heard i could like jack up the engine with a block? help!!

OK also, 4 airbags popped. I am in the process of ordering new ones. do they have to be installed by the dealer, or can i have my mechanic install them?
