If you lower your car, you need to know how much closer it is the the road for things like speed bumps

dont ever cut springs. thats just plain dangerous. on top of that, the rebound may be so much that you end up hitting the ground.
a set of eibachs or something would be the ticket, with some bilstein sports too.
