Yeah, you can make your 325ci sound like that with about 75,000 dollars.
You will need: An S54 block with souped up internals (Pistons, rods, bearings), a ported S54 head with souped up valves, springs, cams, retainers, etc., Larger throttle bodies (6) An advanced intake and intake manifold system, A FULL racing street illegal exhaust, a racing cooling system, and Racing performance software and electrical system.
Then your 325ci will SOUND like that and semi-accelerate like that, it will not stop or handle anywhere close to that.
And you won't be able to drive it on the street or every cop within 25 miles will be on your ass.

No, your car will sound somewhat like an M3 CSL Stock, (You'll need a new bumper). That car in the video is highly modified, the stock CSL will sound a lot tamer. I would say if your going to spend that kind of money go with a full UUC Exhaust. Then you will sound bad ass.

That is not the Stock M3 CSL muffler, that is a racing car, it is purpose built. The CSL muffler is street legal and I guarantee no where near that loud.
Edit: after looking at the car some more it looks like he has a different exhaust no 4 pipes, something big coming out the left side.

today I just Talked to a friend, he said what i can do to make my car sound louder and also get a couple of hp, is cutting off the catalizer and the detonator (dont know where the detonator is), anyone knows if its ok to do that?
^^^ Yeah, dude just get a performance after market BMW exhaust Supersprint, UUC, DINAN, Remus, Active Autowerk, there are tons.
You're better off browsing these web sites and getting shipping than finding anything good here in Miami that you could actually take back. Simply cutting off the catalizer would never create that racing M3's sound. It would sound shitty, maybe even riced out
