Maybe they are clogged with car wax - that happened to mine. Cleared it with a pin. There should be fuse box info at realoem.com

Fuse box is "above" your glove compartment.

Open it, and you'll see two white tabs, you can turn both of them and the fuse box just drops down.

If you still can't find it, Pm me and I'll take some pics for you

FIRst check with your local dealership. I know that they have a really bad tendency to overcharge and (at least in my country) they lie to you and tell you it is uber expensive because they have to order it from Germany.

Try contacting www.bavauto.com via email. They can arrange for international orders.

Before you buy from them, also browse pelicanparts.com. They may also take international orders.

Hello all - new here.

Searched the site but didn't find what I'm looking for.

Want to hardwire my radar detector directly to the fuse box at the glove box.

Detector is 8500 X50, planning on using the phone cord, keeping the detector fairly low on the window and tucking the cord into the dash and down to the fuse box.

1. Is there a an open fuse to wire it to that is switchable - on/off with key?

2. If not then what color wire is for a switchable source?

3. Another option would be to piggy back it off another fuse using a fuse tap?

4. Is there a good ground point at the fuse box?

Edit:

I already figured this one out.
