Need 2nd Key W/ Remote
Hello BMW maniacs, My 04' 325i that i just bought only came with 1 key (remote built in the key). Ive been looking on Ebay for a 2nd key and im clueless .... Any help or advice or links to what i need would be greatly appreciated. I really dont want to spend $250 for a spare key from the stealer, i mean dealer..... Thanks good people , JJ

Dealership is the safest and mnost gauranteed way to get it, i had the same problem, i bought a black from ebay fro 75.00 and the dealer had to send it off and sent it back, he said that the keypad will not be gauranteed to work and he was right, half the time it wouldnt lock or unlock so i said screw it and paid the 250. to the dealer

It wouldn't be $250.  More like $100-$180.
Plus if you are going to get another key from your local BMW dealership....please bring in hand your drivers licence and registration. BMW won't sell you a key unless they know you are the owner of that vehicle.
